Immie Terms of Use Agreement

1. Scope of Agreement

This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Immie Immigration Inc. ("Immie"), and governs your use of the website located at www.Immie.co (including all subdomains) (the "Site") and the services provided by Immie (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site or the Services, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between a term of the applicable Service-Specific Terms and a term of this Terms of Use Agreement, the Service-Specific Terms will control.

Important Notes:

• If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy, you may not access or use the Site or Services
• The Site and Services are intended for use by persons 18 years of age or older
• If you are under 18 years of age, you may not access or use the Site or Services

2. Description of Services

Immie provides a platform designed to assist you in completing certain forms required by U.S. government agencies for immigration, non-immigrant visas, and citizenship and provides other related services as described on the Immie Site. Immie provides information and step-by-step instructions intended to make the completion of such forms less confusing.

Key Points:

• Immie is not affiliated with or endorsed by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Department of State (USDOS), or any other United States government agency
• All government-required forms are available without cost from the applicable agencies
• Use of the Immie Site and Services is not required to complete and file such forms
• Government regulations, forms, and fees are subject to change
• If a form, fee, or government policy change occurs that could affect your application after you receive the completed application materials, Immie will provide no-cost updates to your application for up to 10 business days after your receipt of the application packet

3. Not a Law Firm

IMPORTANT NOTICE: IMMIE IS NOT A LAW FIRM AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR THE ADVICE OF AN ATTORNEY AND ITS SERVICES SHOULD NOT BE CONFUSED WITH LEGAL ADVICE. YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND YOUR ACCESS AND USE OF THE IMMIE SITE AND SERVICES DOES NOT CREATE AN ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND IMMIE.

If you purchase services that include independent attorney review, your relationship with the independent attorney will be governed by the Attorney Agreement.
